Our residential construction division differs from other residential housing companies in that we devote additional attention to every house we build by ensuring that we don’t subcontract the building and management expertise to outside subcontract companies. Every Scenport Constructions house is built by a Scenport Constructions employed residential site manager and team directly employed by Scenport Constructions. We only subcontract specialist trades for example electrical, plumbing, painting etc, and do the full management and carpentry work through our team of experienced trades people. This results in much tighter control of the building process and quality. You will form a personal relationship with your Scenport Constructions Site Manager and the team as they ensure your dream turns into reality.

Our processes and interaction are even closer where you, the client, choose to manage the construction process directly with us.
